Service
Eternal Memories provides online memorials, biographies, photographs and tributes. It is not a funeral service and does not promise lifetime hosting. Accounts require verified email. Memorials and messages are subject to human moderation.
Plans and duration
The free plan provides one memorial for 30 days once per account. Proposed paid packages cover one memorial for one year: Basic EUR 4.99, Premium EUR 14.99, Family Legacy EUR 29.99. VAT is added by FastSpring according to the buyer’s country. The final total is shown before payment. No automatic renewal. Purchases are available only after payment activation; checkout is currently being prepared and tested.
Delivery and expiry
Paid benefits begin only after server-side order verification, never merely on return from checkout. Delayed or unmatched payments require review. Expired memorials are hidden from the public and have a 60-day recovery period. Export and deletion requests are available from the account.
Content rights
Publish only information and images you are entitled to use, with necessary permissions. Do not publish sensitive information about living people without a lawful basis. Harassment, threats, illegal content, impersonation and false rights claims are prohibited. You retain your content rights and permit hosting and display according to your settings and moderation.
Payments and complaints
FastSpring will process payments as Merchant of Record after store approval. Checkout terms and the refund policy will be accessible before payment. Contact support@eternalmemories.online. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. AI services and generated multimedia products are not available for purchase.
