Data and purposes
VIV CRYSTAL SRL processes account email, uploaded content, memorial settings, tributes, reports and minimal order information to provide the service, moderate content, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Depending on purpose, the legal basis is contract performance, legitimate interests or legal obligations; consent is requested separately where needed. We do not sell personal data.
Publication and providers
Approved public memorials are visible to visitors; private memorials use access controls. Providers include Supabase for data and authentication, Railway for hosting, Gmail SMTP for account emails and Namecheap for support forwarding. FastSpring will process checkout and invoicing information for its own obligations. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
Retention and transfers
Expired content and deletion requests are hidden from public view and enter a recovery period of up to 60 days. Permanent deletion is processed separately; necessary legal and security records may be retained for the relevant purpose. The database is in Ireland and Railway hosting is in the United States. Providers may process data outside the EEA; applicable contractual and transfer safeguards must be finalized before commercial launch.

Subject to applicable law, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability at support@eternalmemories.online. You may complain to Romania’s ANSPDCP or another competent supervisory authority. Essential cookies support authentication; optional analytics and marketing are not activated without an appropriate choice.
